*Photo Rakhi – Order Process & Terms*

*1. Website – Model Selection*
– Visit our website and select your preferred Photo Rakhi model.
*2. Send Your Photo*
– WhatsApp your photo to 08554 230138.
– Please send the original, high-quality photo.
– We will not edit, enhance, apply filters, or make any modifications to the photo. The same photo you provide will be used for your Photo Rakhi.
*3. Photo Submission & Confirmation*
– After placing your order, you must send your photo within 24 hours.
– If we do not receive your photo within 24 hours, your order will expire, and no refund will be provided.
– Once the photo is submitted and confirmed, no changes, replacements, or resubmissions will be accepted.
*4. Rakhi Preparation Time*
– Once we receive and confirm your photo, it will take 4 working days to prepare your Photo Rakhi.
*5. Delivery / Pickup*
– After your Photo Rakhi is ready, we will notify you.
– Based on the delivery option selected during checkout (Store Pickup or Door Delivery), you can collect your order or wait for dispatch after receiving our confirmation that your Photo Rakhi is ready.
