Frying Method:

• Heat The Oil Appox. 170° -175°C
• Gently place the papad inside the frying pan.
• Fry the papad in oil for 15-20 seconds approximately till its colour turns into light cream and then take it out.
• Now the papad is ready to be served as Pani Puri, Dahi Puri & Chutney Puri.
